Prior to joining Right Management Japan in 2002, where I have supported the career transition of over 1,000 individuals I worked in Human Resources, in an Employment Agency as a Assessment Specialist, and as an Executive Recruitment Consultant. I primarily work with international candidates, be they Japanese returning from overseas asssignments or globe-trotters seeking roles in Japan. Many of my clients are looking in opportunities in multiple markets at the same time. Over the years I have had clients hailing from six continents and getting job offers on seven.
