略歴

In my spare time, I am heavily involved in an Olympic sport as a high performance committee and national board member. At the highest level of sport, the slightest edge can make the difference between the top of the podium and obscurity. It is the same with job search. Many will apply. A handful will be chosen to interview, but only one gets to offer. You need to take every possible advantage to increase your odds of being number 1. I am here to coach you.

Prior to joining Right Management Japan in 2002, where I have supported the career transition of over 1,000 individuals I worked in Human Resources, in an Employment Agency as a Assessment Specialist, and as an Executive Recruitment Consultant. I primarily work with international candidates, be they Japanese returning from overseas asssignments or globe-trotters seeking roles in Japan. Many of my clients are looking in opportunities in multiple markets at the same time. Over the years I have had clients hailing from six continents and getting job offers on seven.
