Over 15,000 active job posts, exclusive for our clients. Updated everyday, providing users with live information. Candidates can access, inquire and apply for jobs outside of the office environment.

2. Direct Approach

We work to meet our candidates’ expectations, even if that means making new connections and business partners. Often companies aren’t actively seeking or recruiting but are open to hiring if a good fit comes along. Our recruitment team will reach out to the individual’s target companies directly on their behalf, at their request.

3. Tele-Marketing

Our tele-marketing team directly contacts companies all around Japan to uncover unadvertised job openings.

4. Career Guidance

Support for the individual from a Career Coach and a Job Search Consultant An assigned Career Coach works the individual to clarify their strengths, needs and demands which help the Job Search Consultant to narrow down target companies and opportunities. (Using video-conferencing, it is possible to consult with local market specialists around the country.)

5. Recruitment Agency Network

In partnership with over 300 agencies (headhunters, staffing agencies) Right Management Career Coaches and Job Search Consultants will make targeted recommendations of industry and occupation specialists, as well as those specialized in multinational enterprises to meet the needs of the individual.

6. Scout Approach (Partnered Recruiting Agencies)

With informed consent of the candidate, we send periodically emails to partner agencies with lists of candidate profiles.
